Helping people find their next step is what I love most about my job. When my clients are ready to move forward with that next step, I love being beside them from the beginning to the end of that process: walking with them, sharing my knowledge and experiences and allowing them to share their feelings along the way. As much as I love helping my clients, I feel they give back to me as well. I love the knowledge of life they share with me along this path and sometimes the friendships that end up being formed. I cannot imagine myself doing any other profession and so I look forward to helping you in your next step.

Buyer reviewJoyce was wonderful! From the first phone call, she made to have an understanding of exactly what we were looking for in our new home. She was in constant communication throughout the process, and even reached out about some remaining repairs after the sale was finalized. She was great at answering all of my questions and never making me feel like a nuisance, even though I was pretty clueless about the whole process!

Seller reviewJoyce goes above and beyond. She has helped my daughters when they were looking to buy houses. If and when problems would come up, she was there to help and guide us through. Her experience and knowledge helped immensely. When my husband and I wanted to try to buy and resale a house ,she was the only person we thought of. As we toured our first home with her, she really spent the extra time to talk with us about what we are looking for and all the details that went into buying our first home. She never made us feel rushed and she was so patient with all of the "first time home buyer" questions we asked her. She was always available for us and there were some days that we saw her everyday for a few days in a row. It never seemed to bother her! She just made our whole home buying experience pleasant. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house to call their home. You won't be disappointed.

Buyer reviewWe were referred to Joyce by some dear friends who had a great experience with her. We are so grateful for their referral because we are equally happy with our experience. Due to the sheer happenstance of timing, Joyce was scheduled to take a vacation right as we began looking for a home. The market is so tight around here that she continued to help us schedule bookings even while she was away on vacation. She really went above and beyond to make sure that we didn't miss an opportunity, and she was very quick to get us in to any house we were interested in. We ended up submitting an offer on a home with the help of one of her colleagues while she was still away, but upon her return she guided us through the whole inspection / negotiation / closing process. All in all, we are very happy to have worked with Joyce. She really kept tabs on things, especially some smaller details right at the end that my wife and I might have otherwise missed. A++ from us.
