This was my first house purchase and Joyce really put a lot of effort in to making it an excellent experience. If I was confused on anything she fully explained what it meant before continuing. Joyce Craven also went above and beyond and did all she could to be as helpful as possible. I would highly recommend her!

Joyce was great from beginning to end. This was my boyfriend and I's first home purchase and Joyce was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! Joyce is great and is very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, etc. I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process! My boyfriend and I stated that we were interested in a home through Zillow or Trulia and Century 21/Joyce was assigned to us. We had met with one other agent, but Joyce's experience and personality is was sold us on using her through the entire process.

We honestly fell into a lucky pot when we found the house and the agent who had in-depth knowledge of the property. We do not know what we would have done without Joyce's guidance, experience and support during the process of buying our home. I travel extensively, and had a limited opportunity to be in town and available to coordinate about the home. The best part, we were looking at another house, and Joyce could tell by our body language that we were looking for something different. Fortunately, the house was just next door to the one she was showing us. This is divine intervention at its best. Within a couple of days, she was showing us the house. I am very impressed by her knowledge of the home. She identified minor issues within the home and pointed out the positive aspects. We truly felt like she was watching out for us the entire time. We knew this was the house, and that is when we experienced Joyce's expertise shine through. It was such a seamless process, without any headaches along the way. Once our offer was accepted, she was able to make sure we were able to get the house inspected quickly. She made sure she was available for us during the inspection process and kept us abreast of every detail. I do not know what we would have done without her; it was a very smooth process to get us into a home we truly fell in love without any stresses.
