She has outstanding knowledge of the market, excellent relationships with local real estate attorneys, inspectors and mortgage brokers, and is well versed in most surrounding counties in NJ. If you are exploring a new area, Joyce likely knows someone who lives there and even still does her own research. She made herself available to me for in person showings and for many many phone calls. As a first time home-buyer, I had countless questions and Joyce was patient and clear in her explanations.
