I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. The relationships I've built through real estate often lead to long-term friendships. Along with these relationships, I enjoy the camaraderie our agents have. We're a family and we support each other - that's what this profession is all about.
I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Family is important to me and as a result, helping clients make the best decision for their families is of utmost importance.

She worked to sell my property like it was a $5 million dollar piece of property rather than the $150 thousand that it was.I fully trusted that she would get the best possible deal for me that she could.She was extremely patient and understanding with me, as I'm not good with the email doc signing and making sure they got back to her. I liked Joyce the first time I met her, she and Charity became friends right from the start! This is the second time I've used them and I'd definately recommend them to anyone buying or selling property.

Buyer reviewThe only issue with the current rating system is "Excellent" and "Strongly agree" were the highest options available. Joyce truly is a blessing to work with. Her knowledge, expertise, and communication, all culminate in an experience that made our home buying journey straight-forward and uncomplicated. Joyce answered all of our questions, and would reach out with any new information. She stuck with us all the way to closing and even after reached out to see how we were liking the new house. I can't recommend her enough, and will absolutely be sending any friends her way when they're ready to purchase a new home as well!
