I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. The relationships I've built through real estate often lead to long-term friendships. Along with these relationships, I enjoy the camaraderie our agents have. We're a family and we support each other - that's what this profession is all about.
I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Family is important to me and as a result, helping clients make the best decision for their families is of utmost importance.

Buyer reviewJoyce was always eager to please. Our happiness was her main concern. She never showed any sign of wishing we were out of her hair. She knew we had needs and she did her absolute best to make it happen. While Joyce was busy, Charity took care of us perfectly. The other staff in the office were very courteous. We will value Joyce as a friend. We were witness to her high regard for here clients and strong work ethics. I don't know where all her energy comes from but she balances everything perfectly.
