I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. The relationships I've built through real estate often lead to long-term friendships. Along with these relationships, I enjoy the camaraderie our agents have. We're a family and we support each other - that's what this profession is all about.
I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Family is important to me and as a result, helping clients make the best decision for their families is of utmost importance.

Seller reviewI have and will continue to tell others how well Joyce Keefer worked for us. She advertised our home well. it was always out there . She wrote things about how to use our house that would be out of the ordinary, ie. A bed & breakfast. It wasn't just an ordinary house to sell. She negotiated the terms the buyer kept asking for and helped us come to a win win agreement. She was always on hand, physically or by phone or text to answer our many questions and was also on hand at the closing which was very helpful. I'm not sure if other agents go to the closings, but it was very helpful and we were glad that Joyce was there. I will use Joyce again if we ever sell.

I ended up buying a house we looked at on the first day which she had picked out (I skipped it when I initially looked through the listings). She has a great knowledge of the area and was great to work with.
