I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. The relationships I've built through real estate often lead to long-term friendships. Along with these relationships, I enjoy the camaraderie our agents have. We're a family and we support each other - that's what this profession is all about.
I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Family is important to me and as a result, helping clients make the best decision for their families is of utmost importance.

I liked the one I ended up buying ,right off. Joyce was terrific through the entire process. She was patient and explained things--answering every question I had, even though some of them were pretty dumb.I like her personality and her patience. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to others. I believe her to be an expert on all things pertaining to real estate-- buying and selling Quite a Lady! I believe I've found a new friend!! Charity was great! the other staff was friendly and helpful also. I can't say enough nice things about her! and I'm sure there were times when an eye roll wasn't enough!!
