Joyce was so patient with me. She went above and beyond her job and I felt like she was more a friend than my realtor. She really understood what I was looking for in a home and helped me find the right one. She helped me to find the right house by tailoring the Internet search to meet my specific requirements for a house. Because of her guidance, I was able to afford a much nicer home than I thought I would.

we are very happy with our purchase and Joyce Keesee did an excellent job!! she got us all of the area's local phone numbers with a list that i asked for and help us with the list of to do when it came to the home inspeciton, termite inspection, etc... she got all the info to us so we could get that accomplished to move forward with the loan process!! we will be referring her to our family and friends for the realtor needs!! thank you Joyce Keesee for outstanding service!!!

joyce came to my home on a saturday late afternoon to draw up a sales contract. by sunday morning i received a call asking if i could leave for an hour and the first people bought the house; didn't need to show it to more than one individual! there was a delay in closing due to a snafu with the buyers (no fault of theirs or hers), but she got the job done and done right. home sold for $6,000 over asking. joyce is one of the kindest, friendliest people i have had the pleasure of meeting. you won't go wrong hiring her as your next realtor, if buying or selling your home.
