Joyce has a lot of patience, as we were all over the place with determining our exact wants and needs. She made herself available to me/us frequently. With my husband being away for work, Joyce was quick to help, answer questions and offer advice. At time of closing, she was helpful and comforting to myself as it was a stressful process.

I made a preliminary trip to Tampa in late Jan 2022 to start looking at houses and Joyce had several houses lined-up and got me refamiliarized with the area - we had lived here back in 2008 - 2012. She was more than happy to go around the Tampa Bay Area and show me houses that maybe looked better on the web than they would in reality but she would point out things that were not positive aspects of the house - she did her homework to get the true facts of the house. I really appreciate that! She definitely looks out for the interests of the home buyer. When something was not going right with the lender or the seller's agent, she had no problem going to bat for us. She kept on top of things and communicated the process to us for the closing of the house in FL. As all states do things a little differently - have different procedures and laws, we appreciate that she explained those to us so we were not blindsided. We were happy to be able to work with Joyce and close on-time and with no hiccups!
