Her presentative was thorough, her real estate expertise was apparent, and she clearly demonstrated that she is a hard-working, experienced and reliable broker. God bless Judi! Once our house went under contract, she must have shown us 30 houses in a week. I was getting ready to give up looking because I was afraid we were going to run out of time. Judi kept reminding me that when she had people buying and selling at the same time, "things just seem to work out." A few days close to our deadline of needing to be under contract, we found the one. Judi coordinated everything for us so much that we were still able to go on our yearly vacation to the beach without missing a beat. Judi was like a superhero to us!

Judi was truly a God-send for us when it came to selling our house. We knew that selling an 8 bedroom Victorian built in 1890 was not the typical home someone would be looking for. From the first meeting we had with her, she was professional and knowledgeable. When we sat down with Judi she came prepared with a market analysis and local stats to help us price our house right and what to expect during the entire process. After that, Judi walked me through room by room, told me what to paint, move, get rid of and do. I put all my faith in her and our house sold faster than anyone anticipated and at a great price thanks to Judi!
