Judi did an excellent job on the sale of the house. She worked well with me and it understood that I was out of state and was excellent at communicating with me through text and telephone calls. She let me through the process step-by-step letting me know what I need to do as the seller of the property she kept me informed of any changes and any updates that happened. Didn't think of contacting/using anyone else because of our previous experience working with Judi. We had moved a fair distance away and Judi went above and beyond in meeting with inspectors and workman so we did not have to travel every time. She is both professional and personable. She was always available for "hand holding" via phone or text when we ran into some unexpected issues. Her advice for how to proceed was always excellent and we trusted her implicitly. She was also encouraging and kept us calm. She was a blessing to us - again.
