I was extremely confident during the whole process because I knew Judie was taking care of me and attending to aspects of the sale that I did not even know had to be done. Judie is perfect in every way!! We were in close communication for three solid months. Judie was always there for me answering all my email and texts in a gracious and courteous manner!! She went above and beyond to be sure all aspects of the sale were top notch!! My overall experience was Superior!! I am so glad I called Judie Burnham. Seller reviewJudie Burnham was recommended to me by a close friend. Judie helped this friend sell her home and buy a new one. I knew Judie was a successful realtor and would be a good choice for me. Although I had met Judie before, I got to know her much better as we moved forward in the process of selling my home. I found Judie to be a dedicated and kind person. She went above and beyond to ensure we sold our home in a timely manner. We met and planned out the best way to move forward to successfully sell my home which involved many steps including an estate sale as I was downsizing to a much smaller house. Judie walked me through the entire process with patience and understanding. She was always available to me when I reached out to her and actually relieved a lot of the stress I was feeling at selling my home of 33 years. Again...my experience was superior! I am so grateful to Judie for helping me move through the emotionally and mentally difficult process of selling a home I had lived in for 33 years. This was a home where I had raised my family. The memories in this house were significant but due to personal circumstances, the best decision for me was to downsize. Judie understood my situation and was sensitive to my emotional state as well as professional and honest with me in everything. She is truly the BEST!!

Seller reviewJudie was amazing from start to finish. We had a bit of a time during the sales period with a couple contracts falling through etc, all of which were not her fault! While it was discouraging, she kept the positive momentum going which helped a lot. She stayed the course with us till closing/funding 12/31/19. We are so appreciative of her expertise and patience in selling our former home. If and when we need an agent again, no doubt we will choose Judie.
