Seller reviewWe really had a hard time with her previous realtor. We are very glad to find Judy and her team at Century 21. We knew we could rely on Judy from the start. She's very informative and very knowledgeable. Our family is very appreciative with her honesty when making repairs to our house. She was very honest in telling us what needed to be done and what didn't need to be done which saved us money I'm sure. Our family is out-of-state and selling the house from another state could have been more difficult but Judy and her team we're very knowledgeable very patient and very helpful

Seller reviewMy previous broker did not keep me well informed and I was told that Judy would do a good job at this. She contacted me immediately upon any changes of problems during the sales process Although there were glitches during the sales process, I knew that I needn't worry about them, as Judy was handling them in a timely manner. As I do not live in the area, I have no idea as to what the yard sign looked like and so was unable to rate that. But by and large, other aspects of this transaction were handled well, which is important when the seller lives in another state.

Buyer reviewWe could not have gotten a better broker. Judy went above and beyond getting us a buyer for our property and assisting us with a lovely new home. She was always there to help with anything we needed. Judy listened to our needs and found us our perfect forever home. It wasn't easy for her since we live many, many, many miles and a couple time zones away but she made it work. We will now have a happy retirement thanks to Judy Brooks!!
