Seller reviewI used Judy Boleyn over 25 years ago to sell our home and since then she has been our "special agent" for all real estate transactions which ARE MANY! A great lady... a great friend... and so knowledgeable and trustworthy! We love her!! During the sale of this property we were in litigation with dead beat tenants. We were so fearful that escrow would not close because of those horrible tenants. Judy kept in communications with my tenants and I. She let the tenants know that they had to leave and kept up on all court actions and paperwork. A VERY SUCCESSFUL CLOSING BEFORE ESTIMATED CLOSING DATE! A miracle in itself!!
