I was selling my late sister's California condo from my home in Maryland, across the country, and Judy Borowski made it almost effortless for me.

Judy was holding open house on another home on my street several years ago. I was impressed by the way she treated the people who were there looking at the property. Also she lived in the area and had a vast knowledge of the neighborhood. Over the years I had seen her signs on a lot of properties. It was important to me that my agent and I could connect on a personal level as well as a professional one and we did. She explained everything that would be happening and did a wonderful job of dealing with other agents showing my home. As a single female I was nervous about strangers in my house and Judy went over and above to make sure I always knew who was showing up, when they would be there and always reminded me to get a business card before they came in. She also let me keep the lockbox inside and only put it out when I left. Judy, although the ultimate professional, treated me as a valued friend. It was obvious that she really wanted me to have the easiest experience possible. She worked hard to get me the best possible deal while connecting on a very personal level.

We sold a house with Judy and she did an outstanding job. So long as Judy is in the business, we would only use her. She Is always efficient and on time. She makes sure that everything gets done. From our initial contact with Judy Borowski, in two days she presented us with a firm offer for our property in the amount we had set, with her consultation. (The property later was officially appraised at that same value.) We accepted that offer, and escrow closed in about four weeks, with only minor issues.
