Seller reviewWe had worked with Judy Fischer on a previous sale and purchase. She went above and beyond on those deals, so we knew we needed to work with her again. Her commission rate is low for the amount of work she puts in. Judy sold our house site unseen in less than 24 hours. During our sale and purchase, our son got a life threatening illness. Judy took care of so much for us while in the hospital (meeting with the builder, gathering boxes, offering to help pack and move). She truly cares about her clients and treats them like family. She still checks in with us even after the purchase of the home to make sure everything is going well.
