Judy Fischer was an excellent avenue to our new home. We told her what we were looking for and although the market was light on housing, she found us our home! Judy was professional and knowledgeable. Often gave tips, suggestions and information previously we had not given thought to. Judy took the time to show us every house we wanted to see or would explain her thoughts on why the house wouldn't work for our needs. She was able in many cases to give us background on the home such as improvements, property issues, neighborhoods etc. At one point I found a house that was listed online and Loved it! However, I couldn't find an MLS number. I told Judy about it and she did the leg-work. Contacted the previous listing agent to inquire if the house was available. Although it had offer she asked if it was possible to see the home and requested to be informed if the deal fell through. I felt she went beyond her required responsibility to get the information on a house that wasn't on the market any longer. Judy will give you her time and will make you feel like you are her only client. She is quite funny too. This search was stressful as we had three home offers fall through and she kept us sane! Way to go Judy and THANK YOU!! Judy was phenomenal!!
