Judy was referred to my by Zillow I think but, anyway, one phone call with Judy and i would never have dealt with anyone else. Judy is patient, kind, easy to talk to a easy to confide in. Judy knew that I only wanted to live in Matamoras or Westfall. Judy did not wast my time taking to other communities. Judy discussed properties in other communities and their benefits but, never pressured me. Judy had to walk me thru every little step and deadline of the deposits. I felt dumb but, Judy made me feel comfortable and confident. Judy was amazing. I feel that Judy would have walked through fire for me if that was needed for me to buy my home. Judy had to deal with a third party bank, Ocwen, the most notoriously difficult banks in the nation. My attorney, closing agent and bank representative could not even believe that Judy was able to get my house to closing in a timely manner. I felt safe and comfortable telling Judy why I wanted to move and my need for secrecy. Judy was very respectful of me and my situation. Judy is very easy going. She could keep me calm and make me laugh even when I wasn't having the best day. Judy was very willing to look at as many houses as I thought I wanted to see and, in any kind of WEATHER!!!! lol

Judy always was there to answer any questions I had day and night. We were so happy to have found her and can't thank her enough for helping us in buying our dream home ?

Sale was faster than I expected and we got the price we wanted Judy did a excellent job. She took care of everything. Even though I was a difficult customer sometimes, judy was very patient and professional. I would definitely recommend judy and geba realty to friends.
