Julia did a great job from listing to selling our home. Julia made the process simple and easy to understand and we appreciated her patience. Our home in Water's Edge is where we raised our boys and the love we have for our home was immeasurable. Julia Torsiello was the broker I wished I had worked with when selling my home. I lived there for 26 years and was emotionally attached so it was difficult for me, to say the least. She helped me look towards the future and never made me feel as though I was taking up too much of her time. She was patient and this gave me the ability to take my time and find the unit that best suited my needs. This was a tremendous undertaking for me and the home she helped me find makes me smile every time I go there. I am in the midst of starting a total renovation, and we keep in touch as she is still a support and contact I look forward to sharing my final results with.

Julia was extremely helpful especially in the area of negotiating the final contract because we had the issue of our attorney not communicating with us during the two months prior to the closing No matter the time of day or evening, Julia responded immediately to any texts or emails from us. She really learned what we were looking for as we viewed each successive property enabling us to find the perfect home

I would say Julia's ability to listen and respond to what she hears is one of her best qualities, although her attention to detail and her diligence on follow-up is excellent. I liked the way Julia would give an indication of what might be a good 'next step' but never pushed that position. At the same time, Julia has a quality of assessing 'in the background' which I found especially helpful. It gave her opinions an authenticity so that I could relax. In other words, I could see that she was seeing the big picture and assimilating things beyond what we discussed. I liked that. For all these reasons I mentioned, I highly recommend Julia as your next realtor.

Julia Torsiello made contact with me after expressing an interest in a townhome in The Regency in Denville, NJ. Our initial contact left an excellent impression as did her follow-up to questions and concerns. Selling our home and purchasing our new home became quite complicated and Julia's personal and professional attributes were most welcome. I respect people like Julia who help dot all the "i's" and cross all the "t's" - especially when doing so with knowledge and professionalism. She helped calm us down when things got sticky and her attention to detail and availability were outstanding. Julia was the consummate professional. Her knowledge of the real estate market, especially the pros and cons of buying and selling, her attention to detail, and her focus on the needs of her client were impressive. She was instrumental in making a complicated situation less so and helped resolve issues in a timely manner.
