Seller reviewJulie was a great resource for us on the sale of the property as she was in align with our goals from the first meeting. She guided us on the best time to go on the market, price to list at and how to stay competitive in a very tough market. Our sale wasn't without quite a few bumps but she navigated all it with a positive outlook. Her wealth of knowledge not only as it pertains to the local market but also as a real estate professional as a whole was instrumental in our closing, had we went with someone with less experience I am not sure we would've had the same positive outcome.
