Professional, experienced, passionate, full time Realtor. With more than 19 years of real estate experience, I can still say I truly love my job. I have seen the best market and the worst market and have successfully navigated hundreds of clients through both. I have the expertise, drive and genuine concern to guide you through even the most challenging of real estate transactions.
I am a 20 year resident of Wethersfield and the mother of two boys and a French Bulldog. Though almost all of my free time is spent with my husband at high school and college sporting events watching my boys play football, I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends, attending and participating in the theatre, serving on the Wethersfield Heritage/Tourism Commission, and acting as Secretary of the Wethersfield Chamber of Commerce. I am a board member of the Wethersfield High School Football Boosters, Board President of the Candlelight Cabaret Theatre and a member of the Wethersfield High School Career Advisory Board.

Seller reviewAfter seeing Julie Lemos' area market knowledge, met with her wonderful personality, there was never a question in our minds of who we should use to sell our beloved home and move our family into a new house. Her experience, knowledge, and sales expertise ended up being imperative in our journey that had a few unexpected twists and turns along the way. At no point did we lose faith or trust in Julie, and she went above and beyond to make sure our best interests were at the forefront of this process. Selling, buying and moving can be an incredibly stressful process, but with Julie leading us, I can honestly say it was even enjoyable. I was looking for someone personable and Julie definitely showed that through her first email response. Julie is a fantastic realtor to work with - she is not pushy whatsoever, she responds to texts/emails promptly, she is very friendly, she knows her stuff, she is very patient, and she makes the process feel less daunting. As a first time home purchaser I was very nervous about the whole process but Julie really listens to what you are looking for and does not push just to make a sale. She is honest and will give you honest feedback.
