Julie Luke is a phenomenal realtor. She is honest, very hard-working, smart and has a great negotiation skills. I have worked with Julie Luke both as buyer and seller. As a seller, she worked with us to reach an attractive asking price that encouraged lots of interests and qualified buyers with a final price significantly over asking! She took care of everything. We got top dollar and the transaction was stress- free. Due to Julie's integrity and creativity we went under contract within 6 days on the market! As a buyer she was very patient and pro-active. She only showed us properties she knew we'd only be interested in or within our budget. And even though the market was very competitive, she strategically wrote our offer (and always looked out for our best interests) that we won over many other offers.
