Seller reviewWe had a house for sale with another realtor. It was on the market for months while we were paying two house payments. It seemed like the realtors were doing nothing on our behalf. Even after I called and inquired and complained...still the same disappointing service. Finally, we severed our relationship and hired Julie. She sent us a report every week saying all that she had done. I cannot tell you how much appreciated that report was because it showed us that even when we don't see anything obviously happening, Julie was still working on our behalf behind the scenes and in our best interest. It gave us so much peace and reassurance that she was working hard and doing all she could to sell our house. We never had any of that with the other realtor. I think it only took Julie a month to sell our house. We knew without a doubt that we had the best realtor there was.

Buyer reviewFrom the very first contact with Julie she was the ultimate professional. We had to deal with the handicap of working with Julie from out of state but she came through for us every time. My wife and I can not praised Julie enough for the thoughtful, kind and courteous help we received. Julia is a valuable asset to the Century 21 sales team. Julie is a true professional and Century 21 is truly blessed to have her as an agent. When we decided to make an offer on the property that we end up purchasing there were several minor things that the house inspector noted in his report and One major concern about the condition of the roof. Julie was able to resolve all of those minor problems and really went to bat for us on the problem with the roof. The end result was the installation of a new roof and Julie was instrumental in accomplishing this. The office personnel were as professional as Julie. I think I have said about all I can.

At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into anything. I also dealt with Bill Press, who was knowledgeable and friendly.
