Personal Profile
A military veteran, Jürgen has spent 22 years in a customer service-based organization. Taking that mentality, and applying it to real estate has earned him a high success rate and allowed for established connections that go beyond just a client-realtor relationship. Tapping into his extensive leadership roles, dedication to success and tenacity learned throughout his years of service, Jürgen is always striving to get the most out of each real estate transaction.
Real estate colleagues, clients, shipmates and family would say that Jürgen is motivated, selfless, hard-working, and remains calm under pressure. Having been entrusted with multi-million dollar contracts for major military projects, Jürgen is confident and gets genuinely excited about negotiations.
Originally growing up in Mannheim, Germany Jürgen moved to Connecticut in 1987, where he called home until enlisting in the U.S. Coast Guard in 1996. Jürgen has served two tours in Iraq, under the Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom campaigns. Serving mostly at sea over the extent of his career, Jürgen is keenly aware of the importance of a place to call home and the importance of the family that lives there with you.
Having relocated to the Alexandria area from San Francisco, Jürgen, his wife and children are feeling like they have finally found a place to stay. With so much history and the unique quality of each neighborhood, he and his family love to explore and take in all that the D.C. area has to offer. Jürgen is involved in the community, supporting the local JROTC programs and volunteers in his spare time.

Buyer reviewWe liked Jürgen because he had experience working with military families and was himself one as well. We felt like he could intimately understand the unique challenges we had, and the time pressures that we felt more than if he didn't have this experience. All the above-he was given the unique challenge of first setting up communication with us while we were in Washington State, and facilitated the time difference so well that it was hard to tell that we weren't even in the same time zone! He was polite, professional, and courteous. His mannerisms exuded professionalism, and we are so pleased that we were able to work with him. Could not think of a more positive experience. We are in such an unprecedented time as far as house market competitiveness, and we had very real concerns whether putting a VA offer on a house would present more obstacles. Jürgen was clear and consistent in his communication of the challenges, but also in his encouragement that we would find a way through it. He was absolutely right- and we are so glad he was a part of our journey.
