Seller reviewIt was very soon after the home was advertised that we had multiple buyers make offers. We actually had an offer for more than the advertised price. Justin navigated us through the negotiation process and I would have been lost without his assistance. Justin remained calm and handled things professionally when things seemed stressful to me. He contacted a contractor to make some upgrades to the house that were required by the lender. He took care of this while I was busy at work and unable to meet with them. I would recommend Justin to anyone looking to but or sell a home or other real estate. He has an even keel and remains calm when things don't go as planned. The reach of the listings to potential clients makes any consideration of selling on your own seem ridiculous. Trust me, you need a professional to do this.
