He was very prompt with handling documents we needed, got us updates on the seller status even when the seller's realtor didn't want to communicate, and pushed for a closing even when the seller wanted to put it off. I highly recommend Justin!

The biggest reason we chose Justin was because he contacted me regarding our home we had forsale by owner at the time. He offered to share with me the comps & other information regarding our home even if we didn't use him. I explained that my husband didn't want to pay a realitor etc. but I would discuss the info with him & let Justin know what was decided. We ended up hiring him because he wasn't pushy or salesie AT ALL, he was laid back, honest, dependable, knowledgeable & willing to execute our wishes. I appreciated the fact that at the time he called, it was a "no" from us & he wasn't rude or disrespectful to me in anyway like others had been. In the end, we made the right decision to tell the others "no" & hire Justin. We can never thank him enough for all the hard work & hours put in to sell our home. We will be recommending him to our family & friends in the future!

Justin Bailey was great! He was so helpful and hands on. He really took away all the stress associated with selling your house. Our house was on the market for less than one week and had 4 offers in that time! We were able to get much more than we had originally expected, I cant say enough good things about Justin Bailey he worked so hard for us and we are so grateful. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.
