Seller reviewJustin Dubar was not pushy at all. He understood my needs and gave me the time I asked for to consider listing with him. I was very impressed by our conversations. He communicated with me often to let me know the status of the listing. He was always available if I needed him. He handled every part of the sale and closing with ease, even when things would come up that could have resulted in the sale not going through. I would use Justin and recommended him to anyone who needs to buy or sell a house.

He was a pleasure to work with. We sold my property quickly, and made more money on the sale than initially estimated. He's my first choice the next time I want to sell. He even gave us an amazing heartfelt Christmas ornament at closing to remember our old home. It was very touching.
