I am from Coeur d'Alene and now live in Hayden Lake with my wife, two sons, and daughter. I love the area for its beauty and warm community. I graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College. I worked for ten years in Consumer Banking & Mortgage Lending with Bank of America. My experience, education, knowledge of the area, and total dedication to client satisfaction will help me always go above and beyond to earn and retain your long-term business. In addition, my mortgage background will be a great asset to help structure, guide, and assist through the lending process. He is truly a good person with a strong passion for service and to helping sellers and buyers find their dream home or get their home sold. He worked extremely hard to keep in touch with us at all times. He even put up with my constant sarcasm. He's a patient person with a kind heart and there simply aren't that many people out there who are built for this profession who have all of his characteristics. We were not just another commission to Justin - we were truly a team with him and he sold our home with the fervor of someone working to sell their own property. That made it all worth it.

He knew what was important to me and made sure to keep those key components in mind when first previewing a house. He was always available to answer and questions or concerns I had. When we needed to stop looking for about he didn't push to get us to buy prior to us being ready. The home we did buy needed a minor repair prior to the close, he worked with the seller, did the work himself, to have that done completed at no cost to us or the sellers.
