Justin Phillips was very patient with us during the home-buying process. He always responded to our questions quickly. He made our first-home buying experience easy and enjoyable.

Look as far as century 21 goes doesn't matter to me. What matters is the realtor and let me tell you what, Justin Phillips is by far the best realtor I've worked with for buying a house. I attempted to work with 3 other realtors before I got to Justin in the crossville area and none of them even compared in the slightest to the ease of knowledge and ability to find houses that I was actually interested in, I've also worked with realtors in NC when I bought a house there and realtors in Michigan. So I would like to think I know a little bit about what a good realtor is or isn't. Like I said earlier Justin gets top marks in my book. I say the broker which I assume means the company that they work for doesn't matter because in my opinion you have the big dogs the second tier and then the tier you don't want anything to do with. As long as you fall in the first 2 tiers I don't and haven't seen much of a difference in for buying or selling. It's all on the men and women that they employ and Justin is a top agent for sure. I have a will continue to push anyone I know to work with Justin because I trust him with doing the job right, correct, and quickly. He is also probably one of the most honest people I have talked to not even just as far as being realtor but in every aspect. Again he gets top marks and I'm not just saying it to say it he deserves every positive mark that I give him. He earned them. Look I'll say it as much as I have to, this man is worth the marks I give him. There wasn't a single time that I questioned him. Even when I had questions on the home inspection report he answered them and then had other realtors confirm what he said not 2 mins later when we walked out of his office. I absolutely say this with positivity I would recommend anyone and everyone I know looking for a house to go to Justin. Anyone that's reading this or looking at this I added my comments that I had previously typed up during the review into here so I didn't have to retype everything. So if things are repeated I apologize for that but you can also look at it as emphasis on Justin's workmanship he's a master in this craft and you should at minimum highly consider reaching out and using him. You won't regret it.

Justin, our agent, had the hussle when i had properties i was interested in. I was looking over a wide area (thru multi mls systems) and he was always willing to go the extra mile to get me info and help arrange a viewing. Always quick to respond, willing to dig for info, and helpful with every step, as a realtor in VA in the 90s, and a daughter of a broker (since passed) those were all the things that made me know i had the best agent.

very knowledgeable about property and area, very easy to talk to. Justin was very helpful with the explanation of closing ,things went as well as they could. I would highly recommend him to anyone with real estate needs.

Justin Phillips is a great real estate agent! He was very friendly and respectful at all times. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the process. He listened and cared about our wants and needs when it came to buying our home. He was quick with getting the paperwork done in a timely fashion and always kept up with communications. He even helped us do the required repairs to our new home! He definitely goes above and beyond for his clients! We have already recommended him and will continue to do so.
