Seller reviewJustin Smith was exceptional in his efforts to market our home. We were highly impressed with his plan as well as the execution. He is a consummate professional and is the only broker/realtor we would trust to sell our home - or purchase another. He knows all aspects of the market - not only in town, but in the lake home market as well. He is an excellent person and we would trust him as either a selling or purchasing agent. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his clients are taken care of in every regard. We highly recommend him for any transaction based on our personal experience. We are highly satisfied with his talent and expertise in the real estate market.

Buyer reviewJustin was great!! He always answered My questions and was always prompt on Getting back to me when I need a question Answered. I would recommend Justin to my friends and family. I have bought a lot of real estate and he my favorite broker. I think Justin Smith was good at his job. I've had some seriously bad experiences dealing with real estate brokers. So having a broker like Justin helping me was great.

Seller reviewMy husband and I were very pleased working with Justin. I don't think we could have picked a better broker to fit our needs. Our property was listed and we had showing right away and had two offers within three weeks. Justin did a very good job of getting the showings in order and getting offers in order. Justin was very patient with me as I had questions for him every day. He was always available to take my call or answer my text morning day or night. If he didn't know the answer right away, which he usually did, he would find out and get right back with me. Very professional. Thank you Justin for being so patient with us through the process of selling our home. I would definitely recommend Justin Smith to anyone in the market of selling or buying.
