I was referred to Brad by a realtor friend with the Century 21 in Northern California. They did a lot of research to find me the best. I think they did just that. I arranged to meet Brad at the house of my belated cousin. I was just about to become court appointed administrator for the estate. I had two properties to sell and one was in fairly good shape and one that required a lot of work just to see the floor. We meet and talked about the properties and explained to him the biggest huddles, we faced was working around the Probate Court requirements. I still remember seeing his eyes glaze over at the mess, I was trying get it clean up and presentable shape for potential buyers. Brad offered me his contacts and resources to assisted me in efforts in fixing an array of problems, that I felt needed to be resolved to even get the house in sellable condition. Brad explained to me his plans on how to market both the properties. Brad did a great job in working pre-sell plans, so when they properties were ready and he had buyers. Brady surprised me with more than ten offers within a shorth amount of time creating a high demand which in return brought the best offer.
