Early on we had already relocated out of the Katy area. When things came up on the inspection report, she was available to open the house to contractors to resolve those issues. And we were never left out in the wilderness wondering what was going on. She did a great job of keeping us in the loop. We had a great experience with her. She was great. She knew our market and was patient with our questions. And she did so much extra to help us out once we had moved out of the area. A great experience.
