Buyer reviewWe met Karen for the first time the first day of the open house . She had been recommended by her sister , a friend of my wife . From meeting her at the house , to making an offer the same evening and signing a contract , she guided us steps by steps without pressure and with skillful knowledge . For the next steps : inspection, second visit with the contractor and closing , she kept us regularly informed , double checking , scheduling each step with ease . By the time we closed , we felt that we had also gained a new friend .
