I began my real estate career in 2002 and quickly made an impact, earning the distinction of #3 Listing Agent for the Texas/New Mexico Region in my first year. In 2003, I was named Rookie of the Year, and over the years, I've continued to build a successful career as a consistent Top Producer. In 2013, I was honored with the Chairman's Award by the Ellis/Hill Association of REALTORS. I have earned both the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations, affirming my commitment to providing expert service and upholding the highest standards in the industry. Beyond my professional achievements, I am deeply invested in my community. Since 2005, I have served on the Ellis/Hill Association of REALTORS in various leadership roles, including Director, Secretary, President-Elect, and President. I've also been an active member of the Ennis Chamber of Commerce since 2002, serving on the Board of Directors during multiple terms (2008-2010, 2012-2015, and 2017-2020). Currently, I serve on the Board of Directors for ACROSS (A Christian Response of Shelter and Service) and have previously contributed my time and efforts to the Greater Ennis United Way Board, the Ennis Retail Task Force Committee, and the Ennis Residential Task Force Committee. The sale happened so quick I didn't have time too think about it ! Again it happened so quickly I didn't have time to think ! She is very friendly but extremely professional

Buyer reviewKaren came highly recommended and she understood the complexities of home shopping for a client unfamiliar with the state or local communities. The purchase was new construction, but Karen kept in close communication with the builder's sales associate to ensure the I's were dotted and the T's were crossed. Karen was outstanding! She took what could have been a pretty clinical experience and turned it into an enjoyable experience. She was SO welcoming and treated me like a friend from the first moment we met, engendering instant trust. She was great assistance in locating a good loan officer and ensured all the moving parts of the transaction was synchronized. Her efforts were instrumental in massively lowering my stress level. This is the sixth home purchase I have made over the years, and was the most pleasurable experience I have had. My overall experience working with Karen was pretty fabulous. Due to her experience and abilities, I was able to find and close on a property in 25 days!

Seller reviewThis is the 3rd time we have used Karen as an agent, and yet again, she was OUTSTANDING! Within two days of signing the contract with Karen she had two offers for us. We are not even sure how she promoted the sale of our lot but whatever she did, she generated lots of interest. It ended up being the 3rd offer that we accepted after the original one withdrew. But all of this happened very quickly. Karen never stopped working to finalize the sell quickly. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were with Karen in every aspect, from our initial call to her to list, to the closing. She gets a 10 rating from us!!
