Karen was most sincere, genuine, & understood my concerns. I knew from that very first tour that Karen was the perfect agent to help me purchase a house. Buyer reviewWorking with Karen was great she is very informative. I have worked with Karen few years ago when my son purchased first home. Karen was great then and was the same experience today. I just purchase home with my daughter. As a father you want the best for your kids a great home and a reasonable price. I believe Karen had that same qualities she was always honest and very trustworthy. Karen make you feel comfortable when viewing homes including with closing day. Our financial institution was a pain to deal with no ties to Karen or Century 21. Karen was making sure all closing cost were inline and accurate again always looking out for her clients best interest. I would highly recommend Karen to anyone. Seller review19 days From the time I signed my contract until the time I received my first offer. Things were a whirlwind, but my realtor made things easier for me. She fronted all my calls herself, even while on vacation! She coordinated showings, responded to inquiries, completed all the paperwork, and was very responsive and professional in doing so. Additionally, she hired a professional photographer who took amazing pictures of my house, even drone footage! The process of selling my home of almost 7 years was made easy, because of the work Karen Haley Colston put in. In reality, all she needed me to do was sign my name and empty the house.??? Thank you, Karen. I appreciate everything you did to sell my home in a fast, professional manner.
