One thing I remember her saying to us was "don't stress unless you see me stress." And we never saw her stress which in this process could have easily been done. When I called, I was put through to Karen, who immediately made me feel comfortable and helped me to understand how to bring our very complicated situation under control. She was attentive throughout the many difficult steps, and spent hours on the phone with me. Just months after listing in the middle of a global pandemic, we have sold the apartment and are ready to move on to the next chapter in our lives. Throughout this process, Karen became much more than a realtor, it really feels like we became friends. Chatting on the phone with her one day, she told how much she loved her job. I know she does.
