We had found a home on the internet and drove by it and wanted to see it right away since we were from out of town and had limited time to look. We called the listing agent who was with other clients and said she would call right back and she did, telling us she called Karen who was out showing property and Karen would be at the house in 10 minutes. Karen was there within that time and showed us the property. We really liked the privacy of the location on the water. Karen asked what our plans were for the use of the water. I told her a good size boat was something i wanted t get out to the Gulf of Mexico. The house was smaller than we thought and decided to keep looking. After another trip back to Florida and many other houses, Karen showed me exactly what I was looking for. Her patience and professionalism was great and much appreciated. Since we were from out of town, once the contract was signed and negotiated till acceptance, we had to return to St. Louis. Karen handled the appraisal and inspections for us. There was an electrical problem that had to be fixed prior to closing. Karen found an electrician who fixed the problem and reasonably. She kept us informed of every aspect of the sale from signing to closing. With out her help we would not have been able to handle the concerns on our own and we may have lost the house. We truly appreciate all that Karen did to bring the sale to closing. We could not have purchased our home without her, and thank her for everything she has done for us. She is highly recommended by us.

I had used another realtor before Ms. Mcknight with disappointing results and found Karen's helpful and friendly manner a very refreshing change. If your other realtors are as good as she is, I would recommend Century 21 to anyone wishing to sell property.
