Seller reviewI would definitely recommend Karen Morton to anyone that needs to sell their home. She explained all deals as they came in and helped us make informed decisions on why or why not to accept a bid. She helped us get top dollar for our home, which was much higher than what I was expecting. Two days before the close, the estate auction company failed to show up to empty the house of any remaining furniture, etc. Karen made a few calls and had the house completely empty in a day, which is nothing short of a miracle. Selling a home can be very stressful and she is the calm in the storm. Karen is not only very polite and professional, she is a truly caring and compassionate woman. I highly recommend her.
