Seller reviewI was Blessed to have Karen Morton work with me on the sale of a property that had been on the market for 6 months without an offer... the property was big and beautiful, but the location for such value was not in the best of locations for a sale. Karen was honest with me about the challenges we faced , this was an estate property, and, as the executor my goal was to sale as quickly as possible with the best profit for the heirs. Karen was in near constant communication with me, we had 3 offers within a few weeks.Karen also helped with the furniture that was still in the home that needed to be moved and sold. Believe me,, here i sit in December, end of the year,, the house is now owned and occupied with a beautiful family of 4, enjoying the big, beautiful space, and i am beyond grateful that this task is completed. i will seek Karen's assistance in the future and I will recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a real estate representative.Thank You Again Karen.

Seller reviewThe impressive issue regarding this Century 21 office staff and in particular Karen Morton herself and the agent working with the family who bought this property is that: I feel that Karen Morton listened. Then she applied herself to meeting my particular needs regarding where I wanted to live and the criteria involved in finding my next home. The agent worked with the family buying 4780 East Stage Coach Trail and myself. Overall, I feel that Karen Morton "went beyond the call of duty"- for me in all respects!
