Seller reviewBecause of the extenuating circumstances involved with the sale of our property, our relationship revolved from seller/broker to a friendlier level of relationship. Sometimes in trying situations A greater level of patience and humorous levity must be maintained. We enjoyed that relationship with Karen and eventually got to the closing table. Turned out to be unfortunate but gratifying experience in the end. We all learned a lot. We would definitely recommend Karen Morton to anybody who needs a complete realtor working on their behalf. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed.

Buyer reviewWe are very thankful for Karen, as the realtor on our purchase on Quincy St. We had driven past the house on Quincy, and called Karen's phone number on the sign. She was there in 5 minutes to show us the house. Thru the whole process, from viewing the house, making an offer, lining up inspections, and all other necessary documents, Karen was always available to answer questions and address any concerns we had. Karen made us feel like our purchase was the only sale she was handling. She gives personal and sincere service.
