She provided great customer service by ( get this answering or returning phone calls) how refreshing this was to meet a professional that understood what customer service was all about. I would use them again and highly recommend them. I meet so many self important real estate agents who could not or would not return calls in a timely manner it was pathetic. Karen blew the competition out of the water by talking to us on Sundays showing us homes on Saturdays or Sundays and never complaining about it. She was working for us to get us the best deal possible..
