Buyer reviewKaren Kinsel went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us find the perfect land to build our home. She made site visits, conducted research, and answered all of our questions. She quickly understood what we were looking for and helped us find it. She knows the Beaver Lake area like an insider. When it came time to buy the right piece of property, she was a tough negotiator for us and helped us get a great price. We literally tried to use a half-dozen agents before finding Karen, and not one compared to her.

Buyer reviewKaren's knowledge of the lake is outstanding. She helped us find the original builder and a trustworthy roofer. We don't live full time at the property so had to rely on her judgment and experience with certain people, including the mortgage loan officer. She did not lead us astray. Over 3 years she learned about our likes and dislikes and worked with us via a distance in an effective way. The only regret is we haven't had an opportunity to thank Karen in person.

When i needed to sell this property, she is the only one i thought of. And sure enough she did not dissapoint me for one second. I don't know of any one in N.W.
