Seller reviewI would recommend Karen Shubert because she was polite, attentive to me answering all my questions and calming me when I got stressed thinking the house would not sell. Always available for me. Her preparation and follow through was exceptional. Karen is the kind of agent any homeowner would want to sell their house. Karen is one of a kind and you are lucky to have her as one of your agents.

Seller reviewThis was a very difficult time for me because I was the personal representative of the estate of my sister who died suddenly. My husband and I took 4 months to settle her estate and we were in a very emotional way when we met Karen for the initial discussion of what we should do . Immediately we knew we could trust her with this painful situation and we were not disappointed. Karen is a true professional in all regards. She took control of the sale from day one. Once the contract was signed I never set foot in the condo again. She handled everything for us. Karen understood what I was going through and was just wonderful in getting the sale done . She worked with everyone that needed to be involved and kept both me and my attorney apprised of every move she made. I am grateful that I had her handle the sale and will recommend her to my friends and family.
