She is very knowledgeable about the sales in the area and covered it completely with paper work and pictures to give us an idea as to what our home would be worth. My husband and I cannot say enough great things about Karen and have recommended her to others and have told them they would not be disappointed to have her as their agent. The overall experience was one of great satisfaction. Nothing could have gone much more smoothly than the selling of our home and also the buying of our new home. We are truly amazed at how things moved along in such a positive way. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend her. She is always pleasant and made me feel like I was part of her family. It was a pleasure to do business with her. She had an open house and made recommendations to me as to which buyer was the most promising! Karen informed me every step of the way, efficiently and completely. I cannot say enough good things about Karen. She is tops! She even surprised me with a gift afterwards! Who does that? No one. Karen was and is all of the above.

Buyer reviewFrom start to finish the home buying process was seamless because of Karen. I am an airline pilot and am required to be out of the area a large majority of the time. I was worried that this would be problematic but Karen was there every step of the way. Anytime I had a question or need it was already being worked on by Karen. Her professionalism and expertise were key in obtaining a home that filled almost every one of my needs.
