Seller reviewKaren Schubert developed a plan to put the property on the market on a Thursday followed by two open houses on Saturday and Sunday. We had two offers on Monday. Photos for internet were quite wonderful and showed property well. Karen did a wonderful job of keeping us informed of issues and developments regarding the sale of the property. She was accessible from early morning until early evening. She answered all inquiries promptly and made sure we understood each step in the process. We purchased a home and sold a home within three months using Karen. Both transactions went seamlessly because of Karen's knowledge of the process and her wonderful ability to communicate necessary information promptly.
