Buyer reviewKaren is such an amazing person! She was so knowledgeable and paid attention to every little detail we were looking for! She was beyond flexible and always worked with my fiancé and I schedule! She stayed on top of everything and was determined to get us into the right home!and made sure we weren't just settling! We found the perfect home because of Karen and we can't thank her enough! We can't wait to make all these new memories and again can't thank Karen enough for helping us! We love Karen!!!!

Seller reviewWhen we decided to list our house, there was never a question as to who we would call. Karen knows the market better than anyone and is truly the best at what she does. Everyone always talks about how stressful buying and selling is, but honestly it was not stressful buying or selling our old home or buying our new one. Everythis was a breeze and Karen handled everything with grace. My favorite thing about Karen is how she doesn't play games - she knows what to do to get you what you want, whether it's putting in the right offer, listing your home at the right price, or negotiating the deal - she does it right and gets it done!! We love Karen and wouldn't work with anyone else!

She cares about her clients first. i never felt that she was trying to push me in any particular direction. she listened to what my wants and needs were and helped me find exactly what i was looking for. through the whole process she acts more as a friend or mother figure, which helped calm the nerves of trying to buy and sell at the same time. there are a lot of good realtors out there, but if you want the best of the best Karen is the only choice.

Karen is a a dynamo, and gave us sound and string advice on all phases of the our purchase, and sale of our home in Methuen. Karen was diligent in getting our house listed and gaining reviews from the realtors who showed the house. When decision were made to adjust the sale price, Karen was quick and insightful on these adjustments. I believe our final sale was made as easy as it could be by Karen staying on top of the buyers responsibilities. Karen made the process as smooth as possible, and we are greatly appreciative of all Karen's hard work. Your staff at Century 21was phenomenal!
