Dreams do come true! Karen Simnick truly is a blessing to have as a realtor. Through all the tears and sighs after walking into houses and immediately getting discouraged because they were not at all like the pics. she was there to encourage us and keep us in high spirits. Well, one day she texted about a house that came on the market and the next day we went to see it. We put an offer in and it got rejected. We thought that was that. No counters or anything. Again the tears came. But Karen never gave up. She kept in contact with the listing agent and two weeks later we had an accepted offer! This is the short version of the story but the ending is really only the beginning so I'll say this. I never thought it would happen for us. That we were destined to be those people who constantly get the short end of the stick. It turns out we're not. We found the winning combination! Now we get to move into this new season of life and make fantastic memories in a new house we seriously wouldn't have, had it not been for our realtors tenacity, unwavering support and attention.
