She will use her knowledge of the area to secure top dollar for your property. We always felt that she had our back. She offered advice but was never pushy. She put us in the driver's seat and functioned as a knowledgeable advocate. She sold our condo the first day it was listed at top price! In fact we secured the highest sales price to date in the entire condo complex! We would definitely use her again and recommend her to friends and family.
