Karina personally handled the purchase of our home from beginning to end. Karina is an invaluable asset to Century 21 Town & Country and I think her outstanding work speaks for itself. Karina treats you like family and her actions are always genuine and sincere. I will never purchase a home again without the assistance of Karina Ball and Century 21 Town & Country, and based on my positive experience neither will any of my friends or family. We are customers for life!

Seller reviewI first met Karina 15 years ago when she represented the buyer of my mother-in-law's condominium. Even though she was not our realtor, we found her a pleasure to deal with. It was, also, apparent that she really cared about her client. Moving on to 2013, in three years, Karina has sold a condo for me, worked to buy a condo for me, sold my Joe Wood home, and in three weeks will be closing on my Washington township condo. She has a degree of professionalism that you don't always find today. She provides a calm reassurance that everything will go off as planned. She is not afraid to check into things and question the other realtor. Karina's client is her number one priority! That's what makes her different from other realtors. I would highly, without reservation, recommend her to anybody!
