Seller reviewI had no referrals but had dealt with Century 21 in the past. Karina Ball had an impressive bio and sales record so I contacted her. She received my call immediately which was a plus too. After sitting down with Karina Ball it was clear she was the agent I wanted. Her professionalism and knowledge with today's market was impressive and she did her homework with the comps in the area. She wasn't "all business" and showed her friendly, and warm personality as well and gave insight and great recommendations on staging the home etc. Her marketing tactics were handled quickly and posted beautiful PROFESSIONAL photos and videos of the property on line so potential buyers could see the home before viewing in person. I am sure this played a significant part in the quick sale of the property. I will definitely recommend Karina Ball to my friends/family !

Seller reviewKarina Ball sold our home 6 1/2 years ago and came recommended by a friend . Karina was so helpful, answered all our questions and the buyers questions. We asked her to sell our current home, which she helped us purchase. She is professional, polite, friendly and takes the crazy out of the process. I definitely would use her services again if I needed to, and I highly recommend her. She was a joy to work with.
